Mitch Davis has served as a Senior Consultant for UIC, Inc. for more than twelve years, and has over twenty years' experience as a senior professional in the insurance industry. He currently serves as Lead Insurance and Risk Management Consultant for clients in the real estate, financial services, manufacturing and retail industries. Mr. Davis is a skilled, experienced negotiator, and his service-focused approach ensures timely, innovative solutions to problems of risk management and business preservation.

In addition to his day-to-day consulting duties, Mr. Davis has also overseen several dozen Insurance Program Audit and Acquisition Due Diligence exercises. His recommendations have resulted in the advantageous restructuring of many insurance programs, and his strategies have led to the successful management of the insurance transition process for dozens of major corporate acquisitions, totaling billions of dollars.

Mr. Davis studied economics at Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts, and acquired an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in Durham, North Carolina in 1985.
